The Geurie Union Church is made up of a small congregation of people from the village of Geurie and surrounds. We play an active role in the local community in a variety of ways including:
Supporting the Geurie Playgroup, Geurie Public School and the Geurie 'Wellness' group
Supporting Scripture in the Geurie Public School and Wellington High School
Organising and providing the annual Geurie Seniors Christmas Dinner, in partnership with the Geurie Lions Club
Preparing the wreaths for the annual Geurie Anzac Service
Services are held at 11am each Sunday, including Sunday School at 11:30am.
We have no paid positions, all roles are filled by volunteers. We are very grateful for the support of our many guest speakers, as well as the Dubbo Uniting Church and Wellington Baptist Church.
